Completely useless

Using a C920 Pro on a 2018 Touchbar MBP running Mojave. I followed all of the suggestions from other reviewers and still this app is a total fail. All of the controls for adjustments are greyed out; I can't change any of the settings. I installed, uninstalled, downloaded tools from the Logitech website to control the camera - those settings don't 'stick.' For example, if I choose the close-up (as opposed to widescreen) view, it looks right in the camera settings wizard but in Screenflow I get a widescreen shot. Then I downloaded the whole gaming software package and installed that (even though I'm not a gamer and don't use any of the peripherals mentioned. After installing the gaming tools, I reinstalled this app. Same results - an app with all the controls greyed out and unusable.

Works with Mojave and 920c webcam if you follow this step!

When I initially downloaded and installed this app, it did not work. I began to research other apps, all which cost money with no guarantee they would work with High Sierra or Mojave, the two newest OSs for Mac. I read a review that suggested the download and installation of Logitech Gaming Software from the Logitech website FIRST (see 'Support & Downloads' for the 920c webcam). I deleted my installation of the Logitech Camera Settings app, installed Gaming Software, then reinstalled the Camera Settings app, and now it works beautifully! I'm using the Logitech 920c webcam fyi. Hope this is helpful.

This software would do what I need, but it is completely functionless in High Sierra as others have noted. Oddly, it seems Logitech has abandoned this software, but has instead created a completely re-coded replacement called Camera Settings (not “Logitech Camera Settings”), which you can download from the support page for your specific camera. It works well and has a much improved interface and restores what is lost because this doesn’t work. It’s too bad that they do not seem to have it in the App Store and have left this available with no explanation about its replacement.
