Unless you use a PCI video card, I predict that you will have problems with older versions of Windows and any PCI Express video cards.
I have also seen numerous issues with IE6 and DirectX9 with Windows 98.
I would forget about installing 95 or NT on new hardware at all.
Anyhow, you can get a chip-set INF driver from Intel.

For other devices, you 'should' be able to use the device manufactures driver.
Be advised that everyone I know who has tried using older versions of Windows on new high performance hardware ended up switching to XP.

Well if I understand this correctly you need to run 98 for some mission critical program right?
As Chas said stay away from any PCI Express Video Cards and more than 756 MEG of RAM if I remember correctly 98 has an upper limit for RAM and then you need to perform a Reg Hack for it to be able to recognize the rest.
I have to use NT 4 Server for one of these programs here and provided I stick to AGP M'Boards & Video Cards I've yet to run into problems installing NT4 onto these newer setups. Recently on a rush job I used a AMS 64 Bit Semperon CPU on an Abit M'Board with an AGP socket and it is working perfectly with NT4 and though it wasn't my first option the wholesalers didn't have any suitable Intel chip set M'Boards at the time so I had to go with the AMD as it was a Mission Critical Application that needed replacing immediately. It's working OK and I haven't needed to go out there to tweak it any although I will admit to putting it into a Zalman Fan less Case which cuts down dramatically the amount of dust sucked into the units.
